Shipping policy

Shipping policy for subscription boxes:

Prices include free shipping to anywhere in the US - including Hawaii, Guam, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. (NOTE: If you add one-time orders to your cart with a subscription order, your shipping will be free once the cart total reaches $50, otherwise it will be a flat rate of $5.95. See shipping policy below for one-time orders.) 

We provide discounted shipping to Canada for $13.95.

We provide discounted shipping to Mexico for $16.95.

We provide discounted shipping to everywhere else for $20.95.

All boxes will ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Customs, Duties and Taxes: When ordering from PinkSeoul, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Service Fees"), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Service Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in fee calculations are (among others):

• Product category and price
• Shipping costs and package weight
• Customs clearance
• Import Taxes based on custom duty amounts

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don't charge Service fees for shipments that fall below a minimum value. Contact the customs office of the destination country for more information.

Import Regulations: You are the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs delays can affect original delivery estimates.

Shipping policy for one-time orders:

We offer the following domestic flat rate shipping options: 
- Free U.S. standard shipping on purchases $50 and over (excluding taxes) 
- $5.95 for shipments totaling less than $50 (does not apply to shipments outside of the U.S.) 

We currently ship to select countries worldwide.  International shipping rates are calculated depending on the weight of the package.
